Wingwave
Wingwave® coaching is an effective and scientifically proven method for developing, strengthening, and enhancing creativity, self-confidence, and mental abilities in mentally healthy individuals. Through working on emotions, various types of stress, fears, dependencies, and phobias are swiftly and efficiently eliminated.
It is one of the new, but most effective self-improvement methods, its success attributed to incredible results in resolving fears, blocks, essentially everything that limits us on the path to success.
The stress accumulated from everyday life activities creates emotional blocks within us. We feel tension, exhibit repetitive negative reactions, experience headaches, or think about ourselves in ways such as:
- I’m not good enough
- I can’t trust anyone
- It still bothers me
- I can’t get over it
- I’m insecure
- I haven’t moved on
The Wingwave method allows for the quick and efficient resolution of these created blocks.
Wingwave Coaching is perfect for all areas of life connected to stressful memories of past experiences or negative emotions tied to future events. Limiting thoughts and behavior patterns can be easily transformed.
How does Wingwave intervention work?
We are all familiar with the feeling of being hurt, offended, or humiliated. Under normal circumstances, these emotions fade away, and we free ourselves from them. When we think about a past event, it doesn’t evoke negative or unpleasant feelings.
If a reaction arises regarding a past event, it means that our emotions haven’t disappeared, and we haven’t fully resolved that situation. We get stuck in an old conflict that can lead us to new problems, which we interpret as: ‘Whenever I do x, y happens,’ why?
During moments of intense stress, our two brain hemispheres don’t cooperate as they should. The processing of emotions in that experience is disrupted. Emotions get ‘stuck.’ Under normal circumstances, stressful events are resolved during sleep. During the REM phase (Rapid Eye Movements), our eyes move left and right, and our stressful and traumatic experiences are processed. So, it’s a perfect self-healing process for emotional turmoil.
Wingwave intervention essentially simulates the REM phase while the client is awake. The client’s emotions start to process and soften during the intervention. We feel relief. Emotions that have been ‘stuck’ find their way to ‘move,’ to be processed. Mental blocks caused by stress and stuck emotions disappear.
During this process, the client may experience some intense feelings, which can be endured and don’t last longer than a minute.
Since Wingwave intervention removes emotional blocks, it activates mental abilities that were blocked. The brain enables us to find our own creative solutions using our existing resources that were blocked due to stress. This way, the client can gain some surprising wisdom and flashes of insight during the intervention.
The effects of Wingwave intervention can be intensified as needed with Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) methods.
The Wingwave method utilizes an exceptionally effective combination of already proven procedures:
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) – bilateral stimulation of both brain hemispheres.
Neuro-Linguistic Programming methods
Myostatic, the so-called O-Ring test: Based on the muscle reaction, we determine the cause of the unpleasant emotion and plan the coaching process
Many professional athletes, managers, individuals in the media, public speakers, and those hindered by fears in achieving their goals, desires, and simply living unburdened, turn to the wingwave method. Similarly, those aiming to enhance their performance and bring out their best selves come into contact with their own sources of strength through this method.
The focus with clients is primarily on emotional flexibility, enabling them to precisely utilize and implement the skills they already possess. Managing emotions in the business world and the general work environment aims to maintain the client’s cognitive and professional qualities in optimal emotional balance, allowing them to navigate successfully towards their set goals and ultimately achieve them.
The wingwave method is a coaching approach intertwining success and emotions, swiftly and efficiently eliminating stress, boosting creativity, mental capabilities, and confidence in achieving precisely planned results.

University studies have shown that people in the business environment can achieve fantastic results after just two hours of coaching, particularly when it comes to stage confidence. Interesting case studies from practice: A male client with periodic, extremely intense headaches occurring in the evenings lasting for a few hours. During this period, nothing seemed to help. He said, ‘Let’s give it a try, I have nothing to lose.’ Once we identified the pattern of the headaches, we initiated Wingwave intervention. After the first treatment, he already felt better. It took only three sessions to resolve his problem. In a year and a half after the last Wingwave intervention, he did not experience headaches even once.
A female client came with her daughter. Both had difficulty breathing and couldn’t catch their breath, whether outdoors or indoors. All medical tests were normal, and the doctor suggested it might be of psychological nature. In conversation with the mother, we uncovered a stressful situation from her 16th year involving fog, and we conducted a Wingwave intervention. This stressful situation was transferred to the daughter as well. In a subsequent session, we applied the intervention to the daughter. After the interventions, both the mother and daughter no longer had breathing problems.
Wingwave coaching is a powerful method for overcoming fears and blocks, and an excellent technique for establishing balance of the mind, spirit, and body. Wingwave coaching has been in effect since 31.08.2018 and holds the Tuv certificate Iso 29993. This is an internationally recognized quality standard specifically designed for the education sector. Note: Wingwave® coaching is conducted with mentally stable individuals who can take responsibility for their decisions and behavior. Wingwave® coaching is not psychotherapy nor a substitute for it.
