Mindfulness Training

When we nurture our mind, recognize our thoughts, and master our emotions, we achieve our goals in a faster and more flexible way.

The training is intended for individuals with no previous experience as well as those who practice mindfulness. It is comprehensive and introduces us to the world of practicing mindfulness meditation in a structured way.

This program will introduce you to the world of mindfulness meditation. What are the benefits of meditation? How to meditate? Who practices meditation? How to practice mindfulness without meditation? What benefits come from the sitting position in meditation? It will show you how to open your mind to new experiences and be curious and gentle with yourself in the process.

Mindfulness in everyday life is designed for young people aged 11 to 17 years with the aim of improving focus, emotional regulation, self-awareness, social connectedness, and building care for their own mental health. Over nine weeks, step by step, through various activities and techniques, we learn the practical application of mindfulness and acquire the skill of practicing mindfulness.
