I understand you; I used to be one of those people. I couldn’t sit still. Restless mind, restless body. Mindfulness meditation showed me how the mind becomes more productive and creative when it calms down.
By practicing mindfulness, we step out of the autopilot world of mindless states and enter a life where we are aware and present. We notice new things, are aware of the rules and routines that guide our actions. The mindfulness experience gives us a sense of engagement and involvement. It’s a good feeling. It’s like the feeling of having fun.
This program will introduce you to the world of mindfulness meditation. What are the benefits of meditation? How do you meditate? Who practices meditation? How to practice mindfulness without meditation? What benefit do I get from the seated body posture in meditation? It will show you how to open your mind to new experiences while being curious and gentle with yourself.
