Dubravka, your teacher will guide you through various aspects of stress management using the principles of mindfulness. Most people have incredibly frenetic life styles which deplete health & well-being. Even with the best will in the world to slow down, a lot of people don’t know how.
Getting immersed in a relaxing and nurturing environment for a few days is a great way to recharged while also learning new skills to slow down and subsequently help maintain well-being.
Mindfulness Retreats are an opportunity to immerse yourself in the principles & practice of mindfulness, returning to your daily life renewed and inspired with skills for improved well being.
The day-long gateway is a carefully tailored balance of tuition & guided practice, healthy and balanced food, relaxation and renewal with the amazing Dobra river as the backdrop!
We will combine mindfulness, nature connection and personal inquiry to bring about a balanced, healthy, creative and flourishing life!
